David W. Gregory

David Gregory is a Managing Partner of the Firm and practices public finance. Dave frequently represents issuers in the role of bond counsel in private activity bond financings that provide capital for health care systems, colleges and universities, charter schools and senior living communities. His bond counsel experience also consists of governmental bond financings that include general obligation bonds and those that provide funding for stadiums, convention centers, school expansion and construction projects and improvements for projects within Special Taxing Districts. He has extensive experience representing underwriters in a variety of public finance transactions. Dave also represents clients in matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA and regularly provides advice on SEC Rule 15c2-12 and other laws applicable to capital market participants.

Dave is admitted as a member of the Maryland bar and the Delaware bar and is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
