Ellie Pinto

Ellie Pinto is an associate with the Firm. Ellie’s practice focuses on public finance and includes serving as bond, underwriters’, disclosure, and Issuer’s counsel on various tax-exempt and taxable financings. Her experience covers a wide variety of debt offerings, including general obligation, revenue (sales and income tax, water and sewer, transportation, education), revenue, asset-backed securitizations, revenue and tax anticipation notes, variable rate securities and tax advantage leasehold financings.

Ellie is a member of the New York bar and Maryland bar. She is an active member of Northeast Women in Public Finance and the Municipal Forum of New York and serves as a Mentor with the Urban Leadership Fellows Program.
